and adventure camp on the Wild Coast border of Transkei. A venue for
teambuilding for all ages and fitness levels with opportunities for rock
climbing, abseiling, paintball, hiking, bird-watching, assorted adventure,
environmental exploring and a goal orientated team building obstacle course.
At Cher-a-Don we have the ideal setting At Cher-a-Don (Lalapanzi) adventure centre in the Eastern Cape, just an hours drive from East London, near Morgan Bay and Kei Mouth. We have a range of outdoor activities ideal for school trips and tours and can accommodate up to 64 participants overnight and larger groups on day trips. The multi activity, purpose build obstacle course offers an adventurous pursuit and is a fun way to encourage leadership development and to identify leaders in the class, school or company. The various activities offer a great fun way for youth camps, corporate, businesses and sports teams to build a solid team foundation. We have the facilities and a range of inclusive activity packages suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Cher-a-Don Adventure Centre previously trading as Lalapanzi Adventure Centre and now falls under the Cher-a-Don banner. With new management come new ideas, the upgrading of facilities and the ability to cater and accommodate larger groups. We will be adding on some new exercises and activities to make your action venue a must do event for children through to extreme adventure athletes. There are plans underway to open the 70 meter abseil, a zip wire, climbing wall, rope courses and more extreme rock climbing and hiking trails and canoeing down the Kei River, making us an ideal venue for eco challenges.
